Sub-Investigator is any individual member of the Study team designated and supervised by the Investigator at Institution to perform critical trial-related procedures and/or to make important trial-related decisions (e.g., associates, residents, research fellows).

Sub-Investigator means a clinician appointed and supervised by the Chief Investigator or Principal Investigator to assist in the carrying out of the Clinical Trial at the same trial site as the Principal Investigator.

• In the event that a Sub-Investigator is no longer able (for whatever reason) to act as a Sub-Investigator and no suitable replacement Sub-Investigator acceptable to the Trial Site and Sponsor can be found, the Sponsor or CRO may terminate this Agreement on notice to the other Parties.

Sub-Investigator means a qualified physician appointed by the Investigator to assist in the performance of services related to the Study at the Study Site.
