Sub-Loop definition

Sub-Loop means a two-wire or four-wire metallic distribution facility in Verizon’s network between a Verizon feeder distribution interface (an “FDI”) and the rate demarcation point for such facility (or network interface device (“NID”) if the NID is located at such rate demarcation point). Verizon shall provide Z-Tel with access to a Sub-Loop in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
