Sub-Purchase Purchase Order definition
Sub-Purchase Purchase Order means any agreement, made with the prior written consent of the Engineer, between Contractor and a Sub- Contractor, or between two Sub-Contractors, in terms of which any part of the Works is sub-let, and "Sub-Contractor" shall be interpreted accordingly.
