Sub-Reseller definition

Sub-Reseller means any authorized sub-reseller of Reseller, who Reseller authorizes, in accordance with this Agreement, to resell the Software and Support Services on Reseller’s behalf.
Sub-Reseller means a legal entity that is granted by Partner the right to resell the Product according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Sub-Reseller means a person or entity designated by Reseller as being entitled to distribute the Software and/or Services to End Users in the Territory as an agent of Reseller, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.2 (Appointment of Sub-resellers) of this Agreement.
