Sub Shares definition

Sub Shares means the AARK Ordinary Shares held by the Shareholder on the date hereof or hereafter acquired by the Shareholder.
Sub Shares shall have the meaning given to such term in the Reorganization Agreement.
Sub Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the third WHEREAS clause of this Agreement.
