Subcharter Agreement definition

Subcharter Agreement means the Sub-Bareboat Charter Party Respecting 3 Vessels, dated as of the Effective Date, between Shipco, as charterer, and the Borrower, as subcharterer, as such agreement may from time to time be amended, restated, supplemented, modified or otherwise changed to the extent permitted by the terms of this Agreement.
Subcharter Agreement means that certain Subcharter Agreement relating to that certain Tanker Time Charter Party dated March 31, 2001, by and between AHL Shipping Company and CITGO, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G.
Subcharter Agreement shall have the meaning specified in the Preamble.

  • Any Guarantor that is designated an Unrestricted Subsidiary in accordance with this Section 10.04 shall be released from all liabilities under this Guarantee other than in respect of any breach or violation of any provision of the Chartered Vessel Bareboat Charters or the Subcharter Agreement (as applicable) or this Guarantee arising prior to or at the time of such designation.

  • Sponsor Letter Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Master Agreement has the meaning specified in the definition of “Swap Contract.”

  • Time Charter means the hire of a Vessel by which the charterer obtains possession and control of the Vessel for an agreed period of time or an agreed voyage.

  • sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;

  • CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;

  • petroleum agreement means an agreement for the purpose of petroleum activities entered into by Government and another person in accordance with this Act;

  • SCM Agreement means the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement;

  • PJM Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM on file with the Commission.

  • Company Charter Documents means the Company’s certificate of incorporation and bylaws, each as amended to the date of this Agreement.

  • Restructuring Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
