Subcontractor Indemnified Parties definition

Subcontractor Indemnified Parties has the meaning set out in Section 17.2; (mm) “Subcontractor’s Representative” has the meaning set out in Section 2.2;

Subcontractor Indemnified Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(m) hereof.

Subcontractor Indemnified Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(b) of this Agreement.

• For certainty, the obligations of BCIB set forth in this Section 17.2 shall not apply to the extent that the losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, expenses and claims for which indemnity is being sought were caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of any of the Subcontractor Indemnified Parties.
