Subcontractor Personnel means: (a) any individual engaged, directly or indirectly, or employed, by any Subcontractor; and (b) engaged in or likely to be engaged in: (i) the performance or management of the Services; or (ii) the provision of facilities or services that are necessary for the provision of the Services;

Subcontractor Personnel means Subcontractor’s employees, consultants, independent contractors, agents and representatives.

• The Authority shall co- operate with the Subcontractor in providing any information the Subcontractor reasonably requires in relation to the notice from the Authority so as to enable the Subcontractor to investigate and take any disciplinary action with respect to the relevant member of the Subcontractor Personnel as it deems necessary.

• The Subcontractor shall ensure that the Subcontractor Personnel are made aware that the Authority IPRs are provided under licence only and, where applicable are owned by the Authority and shall comply with the terms of this licence and this Clause 19.

• Personnel Performance and Security Requirements The Contractor shall ensure that all Contractor and Subcontractor Personnel comply with the requirements of Attachment K.

More Definitions of Subcontractor Personnel

Subcontractor Personnel means all individuals, directly engaged in the Work under or through the Subcontractor, including employees of the Subcontractor Group.

Subcontractor Personnel means any directors, officers, employees, staff, agents, consultants and contractors engaged by any Subcontractor in connection with this Agreement;

Subcontractor Personnel means any officers, employees or agents of any Subcontractor. “Services” means all required work, labour, articles, materials, supplies, goods and services constituting the subject matter of this Contract, and as further stipulated in: Attachment A (Statement of Work); any Annex to the Statement of Work; and in respect of any additional work, labour, articles, materials, supplies, goods and services incorporated further to a Work Order or Purchase Order issued by the LMA Representative in accordance with clauses 9 and 10 of the Special Conditions.

Subcontractor Personnel means all employees, Affiliate Personnel and Permitted Subcontractors, if any, engaged by Subcontractor to perform the Work.

Subcontractor Personnel means officers, employees, agents or subcontractors of the Subcontractor engaged in the performance of the Project, and includes those individuals (if any) engaged in the performance of the Project on a voluntary basis by the Subcontractor;
