Subdivision definition

Subdivision means the division of a piece of land into two or more portions;
Subdivision means any governmental unit or special district of a state.

  • In the event that there is a Quorum, but no Settling State or Participating Subdivision Member is present, then a matter may pass with a simple majority vote.
