New Street definition

New Street means any of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Extension or any New Street Realignment Property.
New Street has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(A)(3) of this Agreement. "NMSDC" means New Main Street Development Corporation. NMSDC shall be a City Entity for all purposes of this Agreement.
New Street means the extension of Pierce Street from Wilson Boulevard to 18th Street N., as contemplated by the WRAP.

  • To the extent applicable with respect to the subject Public Garage Property or New Street, Redeveloper’s completion of Active Environmental Remediation Activities shall be performed in a manner reasonably consistent with the Environmental Work Plan prepared by the Redeveloper’s LEP and approved by the City, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
