Subgroup III definition

Subgroup III. The group of Group II Mortgage Loans included as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Subgroup III. All of the Mortgage Loans with a Net Mortgage Rate of greater than or equal to 7.50% per annum as of the Cut-off Date, plus the Subgroup III Fraction of the principal balance of any Mortgage Loans with a Net Mortgage Rate as of the Cut-off Date greater than 6.50% per annum and less than 7.50% per annum as of the Cut-off Date.
Subgroup III. All of the Mortgage Loans with a Net Mortgage Rate of greater than 7.5000% per annum, plus the Subgroup III Fraction of the principal balance of any Mortgage Loan with a Net Mortgage Rate of greater than or equal to 6.2500% per annum and less than 7.5000% per annum.

  • Group II Senior Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group II Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group II, (ii) the applicable Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group II, and (iii) the Group II Senior Liquidation Amount.

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

  • Group I means Series 1997-1 and each other Series specified in the related Supplement to be included in Group I.
