UTI Beneficiary means NILT Trust, in its capacity as the initial beneficiary of the Titling Trust.
Initial Beneficiary means ALF LLC, as initial beneficiary under the Titling Trust Agreement and its permitted successors and assigns.
Income beneficiary means a person to whom net income of a trust is or may be payable.
Financial Beneficiary means any Principal of the Developer or Applicant entity who receives or will receive any direct or indirect financial benefit from a Development, except as further described in Rule 67-21.0025, F.A.C.
Titling Trust means GE TF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust.
Titling Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust and Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 26, 1998, among NILT Trust, as the Grantor and the UTI Beneficiary, the Servicer, the Delaware Trustee, the Titling Trustee and the Trust Agent.
primary beneficiary means the individual for whose primary benefit the trust is then held. For purposes of Section 8.3, a Qualified Entity is a member of each Family Group to which such one or more Qualified Trusts that are its equity holders belong.
Qualified beneficiary means a beneficiary who, on the date the beneficiary's qualification is determined:
Refund beneficiary means an individual nominated by a qualified participant or a former qualified participant under section 66 to receive a distribution of the participant's accumulated balance in the manner prescribed in section 67.
Liquidating Trust Agreement means an agreement evidencing the terms and provisions governing a Liquidating Trust that shall be entered into prior to the establishment of such Liquidating Trust and pursuant to which a Liquidating Trustee shall manage and administer Liquidating Trust Assets.
Settlor means a person, including a testator, who creates, or contributes property to, a trust. If more than one person creates or contributes property to a trust, each person is a settlor of the portion of the trust property attributable to that person's contribution except to the extent another person has the power to revoke or withdraw that portion.

Surviving beneficiary or "surviving descendant" means a beneficiary or a descendant who did not predecease the decedent and is not considered to have predeceased the decedent under section 2702.
Vehicle Trust Agreement means that certain amended and restated trust agreement, dated as of September 27, 1996, as further amended as of May 25, 2000 and December 1, 2006 between BMW Manufacturing L.P., as grantor and initial beneficiary, and BNY Mellon Trust of Delaware, formerly known as The Bank of New York (Delaware), as trustee.
Remainder beneficiary means a person entitled to receive principal when an income interest ends.
SUBI has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Third Party Beneficiary means each of the non-NHS bodies set out in the list attached at Schedule 1, as supplied from time to time by the Authority to the Contractor;
Liquidating Trust Assets means the assets of a Debtor or Debtor-Controlled Entity to be transferred to a Liquidating Trust as may be determined by the Plan Administrator, which shall be described in a Liquidating Trust Agreement.

Liquidating Trust means the liquidating trust maintained by the Trustee holding the Trust Assets of the Partnership, identified as the "PLM Equipment Growth Fund III Liquidating Trust"; also referred to herein as the "Trust."
