Subject Real Property definition

Subject Real Property means the Global Headquarters and Designated Real Property.
Subject Real Property the Real Estate of the Obligors at the following locations as more fully-described on Schedule 1.1(a):
Subject Real Property. All of the real property contiguous to the real property currently leased (the "Leased Parcel") to Elde▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ Fairborn Commerce Center II Ltd. and east of Exchange Court (being approximately 13.6 acres) and north of the Leased Parcel (being approximately 4.3 acres).
