Subject Real Property definition

Subject Real Property means the Global Headquarters and Designated Real Property.
Subject Real Property the Real Estate of the Obligors at the following locations as more fully-described on Schedule 1.1(a):
Subject Real Property. All of the real property contiguous to the real property currently leased (the "Leased Parcel") to Eldex-Xxxxxxx xx Fairborn Commerce Center II Ltd. and east of Exchange Court (being approximately 13.6 acres) and north of the Leased Parcel (being approximately 4.3 acres).

More Definitions of Subject Real Property

Subject Real Property means (i) the Subject Land together with (ii) all buildings and other structures, facilities or improvements currently or hereafter located thereon and permanently affixed thereto; (iii) all related appurtenances constituting real property (including fixtures); and (iv) all easements, licenses, Permits, rights and appurtenances relating to the property described in the foregoing clauses (i) and (ii).
Subject Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22.
Subject Real Property means the real property owned by Borrower known as 2574 Interstate Drive, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110, and any renovation, improvement, or development thereof, any acquisition or installation of equipment, fixtures or furnishings thereon, or other related improvements now existing or hereafter made at such real property.
Subject Real Property means the tract or tracts of land situated in the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, and the improvements thereon more particularly described as the “Premises” in the Subject Lease;
Subject Real Property means the Owned Real Property and the Ground Leased Real Property.
Subject Real Property means and refers to that certain real property located within the City consisting of 13.85 acres more or less as legally described and depicted in the Survey Subject Real Property. The Subject Real Property is additionally depicted for illustrative purposes in the attached Exhibit B. The attached and marked Exhibit B is included in this definition by this reference; provided, however, that in the event of any conflict between Exhibit B and the Survey Subject Real Property, the Survey Subject Real Property shall control.
