Subject Wages definition
Subject Wages means PFMLI wages that are paid and reported for an employee, as defined in ORS 657B.010(13), or an employee of a tribal government who has elected coverage under ORS 657B.130.
Subject Wages shall be as defined in the applicable California codes.
