Sublease Fees definition
Sublease Fees means all rents, licenses and other fees (but excluding utilities, taxes and similar expense reimbursements to Lessee which are specifically identified in a sublease as being charged in addition to rent or license fees) actually received by the Lessee pursuant to a particular Sublease during the applicable month. In no event, shall Lessee have the right to deduct expenses from Sublease Fees.
