Subleased Lands definition

Subleased Lands means all portions of the Premises subleased to Subtenants, or in the context of any particular Sublease, means the portion of the Premises subleased pursuant to such Sublease;
Subleased Lands means that portion of the Lands included in a sublease granted pursuant to this Lease.
Subleased Lands means those parts of the Head Lease Lands shown outlined in heavy ink on the plan attached hereto as Schedule “B”, and includes any parcels into which such land is consolidated or further subdivided (including a subdivision pursuant to the Land Title Act and a subdivision pursuant to the Strata Property Act);

Related to Subleased Lands

  • Leased Land means land which is the subject of a lease granted under section 60 or 93G; S. 3 def. of "lessee" amended by No. 39/1997 s. 4(2)(b).

  • Leased space means a self−service storage unit or a space located within a self−service storage facility that a lessee is enti- tled to use for the storage of personal property on a self−service basis pursuant to a rental agreement and that is not rented or pro- vided to the lessee in conjunction with property for residential use by the lessee.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Mining Lease means the mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 12 and includes any renewal thereof and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;

  • Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.

  • Leased Area means the Crown land referred to in, subclause (1) of clause 9 hereof; [“mineral lease”] 4

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).
