Sublicensing Term definition

Sublicensing Term means the period commencing on the Effective Date and continuing for sixty (60) days thereafter.
Sublicensing Term means the period commencing on the Effective Date and continuing for six (6) months thereafter.

Examples of Sublicensing Term in a sentence

  • During the Sublicensing Term, Licensor hereby grants to AST under the Licensed Patents the right and authorization to enter into Sublicense Agreements with Members or their Affiliates (as defined in the Sublicense Agreement).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, IP3 will be sublicensing Members that participated in AST’s IP3 2024 program, and will be offering sublicenses to other current or future Members during the Sublicensing Term.
