Submittal Requirements means that the Application, submittal, or design complies with the requirements of this Agreement, the Code and regulations promulgated thereunder, the Gypsum Public Works Manual, and the Hardscrabble Ranch Annexation Agreement, and the requirements of the applicable utility or service provider, if other than Gypsum, and provided further, that all standard fees charged generally by Gypsum are paid unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
