Subordinated Component definition

Subordinated Component means, in respect of (a) the Class T Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €8,263,000 principal amount of Subordinated Notes in respect of each$20,000,000 in original principal amount of the Class T Combination Notes; (b) the Class U Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €1,695,000 principal amount of Subordinated Notes in respect of each $5,000,000 in original principal amount of the Class U Combination Notes; (c) the Class V Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €4,378,000 principal amount of Subordinated Notes in respect of each €15,000,000 in original principal amount of the Class V Combination Notes; and (d) the Class X Combination Notes, a component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as€1,000,000 principal amount of Subordinated Notes in respect of each €6,000,000 in original principal amount of the Class X Combination Notes;

Subordinated Component. Each component of the Subordinated Certificates related to a Loan Group.

Subordinated Component means, as of any time of determination, in the case of the Retained Amount Account, the amount set forth as of such time on the ledger maintained by the Trustee in accordance with Section 4.04(e) hereof as representing the net balance of deposits made to the Retained Amount Account pursuant to Sections 4.01(d)(ii)(A)(4) and 4.01(d)(ii)(B)(4) hereof less amounts withdrawn therefrom in accordance with Section 4.06.

Subordinated Component means, in respect of the Class P Combination Notes and the Class R Combination Notes, the Class P Subordinated Component or the Class R Subordinated Component, respectively.
