Subpart E definition

Subpart E means 45 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 164, Subpart E, which consists of Sections 164.500 et seq., as amended from time to time.
Subpart E shall refer to Subpart E of Part IV of the Tariff and, where the. context so requires, to the Interconnection Service Agreement. Tariff Section Definition

  • Business Associate may not use or disclose PHI in a manner that would violate Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164 if done by the City.

  • To the extent the Business Associate is to carry out one or more of City’s obligation(s) under Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164, the Business Associate must comply with the requirements of Subpart E that apply to the City in the performance of such obligation(s).

  • Subrecipient, as specified in 24 CFR § 570.502(a), shall administer its program in conformance with 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart E, as applicable.

  • Part IV means Tariff, Part IV, sections 36 through 112C pertaining to generation or merchant transmission interconnection to the Transmission System in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.   • Part VI means Tariff, sections 200 through 237 pertaining to the queuing, study, and agreements relating to New Service Requests, and the rights associated with Customer-Funded Upgrades in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

  • Part II means Tariff, Part II, sections 13 through 27A pertaining to Point-To-Point Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments. Part III:

  • Part 2 means Part 2 of the withdrawal agreement or (as the case may be) Part 2 of the EEA EFTA separation agreement, so far as the Part in question applies to and in the United Kingdom;

  • certified extract means an extract that has been certified as a true copy of some of the information contained in a complete original document by one of the persons described below.

  • (l) means, with respect to any mortgage loan, a specified number of monthly payment periods (which number is denoted by a numeric value #) during which voluntary prepayments of principal are prohibited and defeasance is not permitted.

  • Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses specified in paragraph 2.1 of Annex A to this Contract that were requested in the Order by the CUSTOMER and that shall apply to this Contract.
