Subpart E definition

Subpart E means 45 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 164, Subpart E, which consists of Sections 164.500 et seq., as amended from time to time.
Subpart E shall refer to Subpart E of Part IV of the Tariff and, where the context so requires, to the interconnection Service Agreement.
