Subpart E definition

Subpart E means 45 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 164, Subpart E, which consists of Sections 164.500 et seq., as amended from time to time.
Subpart E shall refer to Subpart E of Part IV of the Tariff and, where the. context so requires, to the Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • To the extent the Contractor is to carry out one or more of HCA’s obligation(s) under Subpart E of 45 C.F.R. Part 164, Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information, Contractor must comply with all requirements that would apply to HCA in the performance of such obligation(s).

  • Part III means Tariff, Part III, sections 28 through 35 pertaining to Network Integration Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

  • Schedule of Performance means that schedule of performance, attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein, setting forth the timelines for Milestones in the design, development, construction, and completion of the Project (including a construction timeline in customary form) together with the dates for submission of documentation required under this Agreement, which schedule shall be attached to the Development Plan and to the Declaration.
