Subproject Agreements means the agreements to be entered into between the CDR and PIs setting forth the tasks and responsibilities of the parties, including the stakeholders’ contributions, and commitments in connection thereto, to implement a program of Subprojects, as such agreement shall be amended from time to time in agreement with the Bank, and such term includes all schedules to the Subproject Agreement;
