Subscription Period definition

Subscription Period means the defined period of time of the Subscription as set forth in an Order Form.
Subscription Period means the period from the Start Date until the expiry date stated in an Order.
Subscription Period means with respect to the relevant Solution subscribed to, the Initial Subscription Period together with all Renewal Periods.

Examples of Subscription Period in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise expressly provided in the Order, with respect to Technology Offerings provided on a Subscription Model, (i) Fees for the Initial Subscription Period will be invoiced in advance on or around the effective date of the Order and (ii) Fees for the Renewal Subscription Period will be invoiced in advance on or around the first day of each such Renewal Subscription Period.

  • Any such extension will be considered part of the Trial Subscription Period.

  • Such additions or changes will be effective (i) with respect to Technology Offerings provided pursuant to a Subscription Model, at the commencement of the subsequent Renewal Subscription Period and (ii) with respect to Technology Offerings provided on a Transactional Model, immediately upon the delivery of such notice or a later date as may be specified in such notice.

  • Upon Cloudera’s acceptance of Customer’s Order Form or the Subscription Period start date indicated therein (whichever is later), Cloudera will make the Cloudera Products available for download (or, in the case of any Cloudera Online Services, will make the services available to Customer through Cloudera’s web site).

  • Unless a party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of a Subscription Period as set forth in an Order Form, the Subscription will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month Subscription Periods thereafter at Cloudera’s then-current list price (unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the parties in writing), with the applicable fees due on the first day of the renewal, payable pursuant to Section 5 above.


More Definitions of Subscription Period

Subscription Period means the Initial Subscription Period together with any subsequent Renewal Periods;
Subscription Period means the fixed period of time applicable to a subscription license set forth in an applicable Order Confirmation for which Licensee is licensed to use the Software.
