Subscription Procedures definition

Subscription Procedures means those procedures set forth on Exhibit G to the Disclosure Statement.
Subscription Procedures means the procedures for the subscription and redemption of Financial Instruments, including the entering into of Subscription Documents by the Custodian, as indicated by the Custodian to the Client, as amended from time to time, attached as Annex III hereto;
Subscription Procedures means those procedures set forth on Exhibit G hereto.

  • Rights Offering Procedures means the procedures with respect to the Rights Offering that are approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Disclosure Statement Order and shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtors and the Required Backstop Parties.

  • Auction Procedures means the Auction Procedures that are set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Articles Supplementary.

  • Depositary Procedures means, with respect to any conversion, transfer, exchange or transaction involving a Global Note or any beneficial interest therein, the rules and procedures of the Depositary applicable to such conversion, transfer, exchange or transaction.
