Examples of Subscription Services Fees in a sentence

  • If Customer uses any Subscription Services or Software for non-Liferay Software, Customer agrees that as a remedy in case of such breach, Customer will pay Liferay the Subscription Services Fees for each Unit for which Customer utilizes the Subscription Services or Software in connection with such software that is not Software as genuine pre-estimate of Liferay’s losses and costs associated with such breach.

  • Customer will pay to Raptor the fees which may include the Annual Software Access Fee and Annual Subscription Services Fees (“Annual Subscription Fees ”) and one-time purchases of equipment, supplies and services as set forth in the attached Quote and on an invoice during the Term.

  • In consideration for the ongoing payment of the Maintenance and/or Subscription Services Fees, as reflected in the applicable Quotation(s), Core shall provide Maintenance Services and/or Subscription Services for the Software.

  • The Town shall be entitled to reimburse itself out of such deposit for any cost or expense incurred by the Town for completion of the work in case of default of the subdivider under such contract and for any damages sustained on account of any breach thereof.

  • In consideration for the ongoing payment of the Maintenance and/or Subscription Services Fees, as reflected in the applicable Quotation(s), Courion shall provide Maintenance Services and/or Subscription Services for the Software.

  • In exchange for You paying to Us the applicable Subscription Services Fees, You shall have access to utilize the Intelligence Definitions for the applicable Software licensed hereunder, as further described in the Documentation, offered by Us and licensed hereunder as set forth in an applicable Quotation(s).

  • Customer is responsible and liable for paying all the monthly Subscription Services Fees relating to the entire Subscription Term, including any increases which occur during the term resulting from any annual percentage increases to the Subscription Services Monthly Fee as set forth in an Order.

  • Unless otherwise stated in an Order, all Subscription Services Fees are billed monthly and are due in advance on the first day of each month during the Term.

  • The prices for (i) the Software including but not limited to the License Fees, and Subscription Services Fees are set forth in the applicable Quotation(s); and (ii) the Professional Services Fees are set forth in the applicable Statement of Work(s) and/or Quotation(s) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Fee(s)”).

Related to Subscription Services Fees

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Collection Services means all the activities, including those conducted at Events and Depots operated by or on behalf of the Collector, for the purpose of receiving, classifying, packing, storing and transferring Automotive HSP onto transportation vehicles, including the manifesting of the Automotive HSP prior to transportation from the Event or Depot;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.
