Subscription Support Services definition

Subscription Support Services means the technical support services as set forth in Section 2 of the Subscription Support Policy, which Subscriber may purchase pursuant to a mutually agreeable Order Form between the Parties.
Subscription Support Services has the meaning given in the Schedule. Support Services has the meaning given in the Schedule. Your Materials means all work, models, processes, technologies, strategies, materials, information, documentation and services (including Intellectual Property), owned, licensed or developed by or on behalf of you or your Personnel before the Commencement Date and/or developed by or on behalf of you or your Personnel independently of this Agreement.
