Subscription Suspension Event definition

Subscription Suspension Event means the delivery by the Issuer of a notice in writing to each Authorised Participant, the Issuing and Paying Agent and the Determination Agent pursuant to the LS Operating Procedures Agreement stating that with effect from the date specified in such notice subscription of the ETP Securities shall be so suspended.

  • If a Subscription Suspension Event occurs, the Issuer shall not be obliged to accept any Subscription Orders for the ETP Securities with effect from the date of suspension specified in the relevant notice to the Determination Agent and the Authorised Participants until such time (if any) as the Issuer notifies such Programme Parties that it shall recommence the issue of further Tranches of the ETP Securities.

  • Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.
