Examples of Subsequent Awards in a sentence
The Subsequent Awards will, to the extent applicable, remain exercisable following Executive’s termination for the period prescribed in the related award agreements.
The Prior Options and any Subsequent Awards (collectively, the “Equity Awards”) may be subject to accelerated vesting in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement.
The 2005 Award and the Subsequent Awards (as later defined in this Agreement) will be collectively referenced as the “Awards” and may be individually referenced as an “Award”.
