SUBSEQUENT DEVELOPMENTS definition

SUBSEQUENT DEVELOPMENTS means all subsequent developments of which Seller has knowledge which would cause any of Seller's representations or warranties contained in this Agreement to be no longer accurate in any material respect.
SUBSEQUENT DEVELOPMENTS shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.
