SUBSEQUENT FUNDING ORDER definition

SUBSEQUENT FUNDING ORDER means a transitional funding order (other than the 1998 Funding Order) issued hereafter by the ICC in favor of the Grantee at the request of ComEd.

  • Pre-Funding Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the earliest of (a) the date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account is less than $10,000, (b) the Funding Termination Date or (c) the date on which an Event of Termination occurs.

  • Initial Funding Date means the Funding Date on which the first Loan is made pursuant to this Agreement, as specified in the Initial Borrower Funding Request.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loans means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Subsequent Mortgage Loans listed in the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I.

  • Reserve Account Funding Date means the Payment Date selected by the Servicer on behalf of the Issuer which occurs not later than the earliest of the Payment Date with respect to the Monthly Period which commences three months prior to the commencement of the Controlled Accumulation Period (which commencement shall be subject to postponement pursuant to Section 4.13); provided, however, that if the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied, the Issuer may postpone the Reserve Account Funding Date.

  • Subsequent Recovery Any amount recovered by a Servicer or the Master Servicer with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan with respect to which a Realized Loss was incurred after the liquidation or disposition of such Mortgage Loan.

  • ERISA Funding Rules means the rules regarding minimum required contributions (including any installment payment thereof) to Title IV Plans, as set forth in Sections 412, 430, 431, 432 and 436 of the Code and Sections 302, 303, 304 and 305 of ERISA.

  • Offering Funding Date means the date on which the offering for the Series Asset is fully funded through an offering conducted by the Company.

  • Pension Funding Rules means the rules of the Code and ERISA regarding minimum required contributions (including any installment payment thereof) to Pension Plans and set forth in, with respect to plan years ending prior to the effective date of the Pension Act, Section 412 of the Code and Section 302 of ERISA, each as in effect prior to the Pension Act and, thereafter, Section 412, 430, 431, 432 and 436 of the Code and Sections 302, 303, 304 and 305 of ERISA.

  • Subsequent Receivables means the Receivables transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.2, which shall be listed on Schedule A to the related Subsequent Transfer Agreement.

  • Funding Rules means the documents produced by the Department which set out the detailed requirements with which the Provider must comply in respect of the Services delivered under this Agreement as may be amended by the Department from time to time and as referred to in the Specification (Schedule 1).

  • Funding Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the first to occur of (a) the Distribution Date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account (after giving effect to any transfers therefrom in connection with the transfer of Subsequent Contracts to the Trust on such Distribution Date) is less than $150,000, (b) the date on which an Event of Termination occurs, (c) the date on which an Insolvency Event occurs with respect to the Trust Depositor and (d) the close of business on the date which is 90 days from and including the Closing Date.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Initial Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(b).

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan sold by the Depositor to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, such Mortgage Loan being identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Funding Date is any date on which a Credit Extension is made to or for the account of Borrower which shall be a Business Day.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement The agreement between the Depositor and the Seller regarding the transfer of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.

  • Interest Funding Account means the trust account designated as such and established pursuant to Section 5.01(a).

  • Excess Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02.

  • Subsequent Cut-off Date With respect to those Subsequent Mortgage Loans sold to the Trust Fund pursuant to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument, the later of (i) first day of the month in which the related Subsequent Transfer Date occurs or (ii) the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Principal Funding Investment Shortfall means, with respect to each Transfer Date relating to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the amount, if any, by which the Principal Funding Investment Proceeds for such Transfer Date are less than the Covered Amount determined as of such Transfer Date.

  • Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:

  • Interim Servicing Period The period from the Closing Date to the related Servicing Transfer Date.

  • Initial Funding means the funding of the initial Loans or issuance of the initial Letters of Credit upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 6.01 and 6.02.
