Subsequent Property definition

Subsequent Property means any real property located in Denmark that is acquired, directly or indirectly, by the Issuer or by a Subsidiary of the Issuer with funds partly provided through a Subsequent Bond Issue.

  • The closing conditions set forth in Section 7 shall apply to any Subsequent Property Transfer insofar as such conditions relate to the Headend Real Property and Retained Property Franchises in question.

  • In the event that any Subsequent Property Information is delivered prior to the Purchaser’s Condition Date, then the Purchaser’s sole remedy shall be to terminate this Agreement on or prior to the Purchaser’s Condition Date.

  • To the extent the litigation seeks to over-turn or invalidate any approval held by or granted by COUNTY to APPLICANT(S) or affected Subsequent Property Owner, and, in such event, APPLICANT(S) and/or such Subsequent Property Owner shall hold the COUNTY harmless from and defend the COUNTY from all costs and expenses incurred in the defense of such lawsuit, including but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and expenses of litigation awarded to the prevailing party or parties in such litigation.

  • The Vendor shall continue to make the Property Information and Subsequent Property Information available until Closing or the termination of this Agreement.

  • Property acquisitions that are not Permitted Subsequent Property Acquisitions shall require approval of the Member Committee of Series One.

  • The Manager may approve and cause Series One to make Permitted Subsequent Property Acquisitions without the approval of the Members in accordance with the process set forth in the Series One Property Management Agreement.

  • If any Subsequent Property Information is delivered by posting to the Data Site, the Vendor shall deliver notice thereof to the Purchaser and the Purchaser’s Solicitors on the date such Subsequent Property Information is posted, which notice may be sent by e-mail or overnight courier.

  • To validate the Warranty of the Product, a Subsequent Property Owner must, at his/her own cost, solicit the original Certified Installer, or the Certified Installer’s agent, to re-inspect the Product installation.

Related to Subsequent Property

  • Exempt Property means the property designated as Exempt Property in Section J.

  • Replacement Property means any property which is placed in service as a replacement for any item of Equipment or any Improvement previously subject to this Fee Agreement regardless of whether such property serves the same functions as the property it is replacing and regardless of whether more than one piece of property replaces any item of Equipment or any Improvement to the fullest extent that the FILOT Act permits.

  • Adjacent Property means all land adjoining and surrounding the Stadium Site on which will be located any public streets, sidewalks, plazas, or bridges and any public or private parking facilities or other accoutrements to be developed by Authority or other parties in connection with the Project.

  • Excepted Property The meaning assigned in the Granting Clauses hereof.

  • Subject Property means any premises located in the County on which an energy efficiency improvements, water efficiency improvements, or renewable resource applications are being or have been made and financed through an outstanding PACE loan.
