Subsequent Subscription Period definition

Subsequent Subscription Period means any extension of the subscription period in the Fund for 5 business days.
Subsequent Subscription Period has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 9.3.1;
Subsequent Subscription Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.II of this Agreement.

  • Payment obligations are non-cancellable, and Fees paid are non-refundable, and usage limits cannot be decreased during the Initial Subscription Period or a Subsequent Subscription Period.

  • Each party will have the ability to provide written notice to the other of its intention not to renew a Subsequent Subscription Period upon at least 90 days’ notice prior to the end of the then current Subsequent Subscription Period of such Order Form.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the Majority Holders (as defined below) have notified the Company in writing of their decision not to purchase Notes in connection with the Stage II Offering or the Stage III Offering prior to the expiration of the Subsequent Subscription Period, the Company shall have the right to offer and sell to any person, entity or group, other than the Purchasers, the Series B Notes and Series C Notes in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
