Subsidiary Distributions definition

Subsidiary Distributions means all returns, profits, distributions and similar amounts paid to FS CREIT by any Subsidiary (including, without limitation, distributions of proceeds related to the sale or realization of Investments made by or in such Subsidiary).
Subsidiary Distributions has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • For Borrower Subsidiary Distributions, the Borrower has directed, or caused to be directed, the Borrower Subsidiaries to make all payments thereon directly into the Revenue Account (other than Borrower Subsidiary Distributions consisting of Excluded Revenue).
