Subsidiary Guarantee Supplement definition
Subsidiary Guarantee Supplement means each Supplement substantially in ------------------------------- the form of Annex I to the Subsidiary Guarantee executed and delivered by a ------- Domestic Operating Subsidiary of the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.3.
Subsidiary Guarantee Supplement means each supplement substantially in the form of Annex I to Exhibit D executed and delivered by a Domestic Operating Subsidiary of the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.10.
Subsidiary Guarantee Supplement means a supplement to the Subsidiary Guarantee in substantially the form set forth as Exhibit A attached thereto.
Examples of Subsidiary Guarantee Supplement in a sentence
Transmission by facsimile or other electronic transmission of an executed counterpart of this Subsidiary Guarantee Supplement shall be deemed to constitute due and sufficient delivery of such counterpart.
