Subsidiary Organizational Documents definition

Subsidiary Organizational Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

More Definitions of Subsidiary Organizational Documents

Subsidiary Organizational Documents means the Organizational Documents of the Triangle Subsidiaries.

(“PCX”), (ii) the certificate of incorporation and by-laws of PCX Equities, Inc.
