SUBSIDIARY REGULAR INTERESTS. Each of the S1 Interest, S2 Interest, S3 Interest, S4 Interest, S5 Interest, SP Interest and SX Interest.
SUBSIDIARY REGULAR INTERESTS. There shall be four Subsidiary Regular Interests. The first subsidiary regular interest (the "First Subsidiary Regular Interest") shall have the same characteristics as the Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-6, Class M, Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4 and Class B-5 Certificates and shall have the right to receive distributions from the Mortgage Pool in the amounts necessary to make all required distributions with respect to such Classes. The second subsidiary regular interest (the "Second Subsidiary Regular Interest") shall have the same characteristics as the Class A-1 and Class A-2 Certificates and shall have the right to receive distributions from the Mortgage Pool in the amounts necessary to make all required distributions with respect to such Classes. The third subsidiary regular interest (the "Third Subsidiary Regular Interest") shall have the same characteristics as the Class A-P Certificates and shall have the right to receive distributions from the Mortgage Pool in the amounts necessary to make all required distributions with respect to such Class. The fourth subsidiary regular interest (the "Fourth Subsidiary Regular Interest") shall have the same characteristics as the Class A-X Certificates and shall have the right to receive distributions from the Mortgage Pool in the amounts necessary to make all required distributions with respect to such Class.

Each of the Class IA-1 interest, the Class IA-2 Interest, the Class IA-3 Interest, the Class IA-4 Interest, the Class IA-5 Interest, the Class IA-6 Interest, the Class IA-7 Interest, the Class IA-8 Interest, the Class IA-9 Interest, the Class IA-10 Interest, the Class IA-11 Interest, the Class IA-12 Interest, the Class IA-13 Interest, the Class A-P Component One Interest, the Class A-X Component One Interest, the Class IIA-1 Interest, the Class A-P Component Two Interest, the Class A-X Component Two Interest, the Class EA Interest and the Class SN Interest.
