Subsidiary Sublease definition
Subsidiary Sublease shall have the meaning assigned, to such term in Section 7.14 hereof.
Subsidiary Sublease means each Sublease and Assignment dated as of April 16, 1997 between the Lessee and a Significant Sublessee, including each Sublease Supplement executed in connection therewith, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, a copy of the form of which is attached as Exhibit B to the Lease Agreement.
Subsidiary Sublease shall have the meaning assigned, to such term in Section 7.14 hereof. “Sweep Date” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.5(d) hereof.
Examples of Subsidiary Sublease in a sentence
Agent Lender must receive prior notice of any proposed Subsidiary Sublease and must receive draft documentation therefor for Agent Lender’s approval.
Each Permitted Sublessee shall enter into a Sublease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (a "Subsidiary Sublease") with the Lessee on or prior to the first sublease of any Leased Premises to such Permitted Sublessee.
