Subsidised Interest Amounts definition

Subsidised Interest Amounts means the interest subsidy amounts, which for the avoidance of doubt shall only be denominated in euro, due and payable from the Greek State in respect of the State Subsidised Loans and/or from the OEK in respect of the OEK Subsidised Loans and/or from any other Greek State subsidised entity in respect of any other Subsidised Loan (as the case may be).

Examples of Subsidised Interest Amounts in a sentence

  • State Subsidised Loans means those Loans in respect of which the Hellenic Republic makes payment of Subsidised Interest Amounts pursuant to all applicable laws.

  • OEK Subsidised Loans means those Loans in respect of which the OEK makes payment of Subsidised Interest Amounts pursuant to the applicable laws and the OEK Framework Agreements pursuant to which the OEK pays subsidies to the Issuer in respect of such Loans.

  • Subsidised Interest Amounts means the interest subsidy amounts due and payable from the Greek State in respect of the State Subsidised Loans and/or from the OEK in respect of the OEK Subsidised Loans and/or from any other Greek State-owned entity in respect of any other Subsidised Loan (as the case may be).

  • Subsidy Payments means the aggregate of all amounts actually received from the OEK, the Greek State and any other Greek State-owned entity representing the Subsidised Interest Amounts in respect of the Subsidised Loans comprised in the Cover Pool.

  • Excluded Subsidised Interest Amounts means the Subsidised Interest Amount accrued in respect of the Subsidised Loans during the twelve month period immediately following any Calculation Date on which the Interest Cover Test is carried out.

  • Subsidy Payments means the aggregate of all amounts actually received from the OEK, the Greek State and any other Greek State-owned entity representing the Subsidised Interest Amounts in respect of the SubsidisedLoans comprised in the Cover Pool.

  • Subsidised Interest Amounts means the interest subsidy amounts due and payable from the Greek State or any Greek State owned entity (other than the OEK) in respect of the State Subsidised Loans and/or from the OEK in respect of the OEK Subsidised Loans (as the case may be).

  • State Subsidised Loans means those Loans in respect of which the Greek State or any entity owned by the Greek State (other than the OEK) makes payment of Subsidised Interest Amounts pursuant to all applicable laws.

  • Subsidised Interest Amounts means the interest subsidy amounts due and payable from the Greek State in respect of the State Subsidised Loans and/or from the OEK in respect of the OEK Subsidised Loans and/or from anyother Greek State-owned entity in respect of any other Subsidised Loan (as the case may be).

  • OEK Subsidised Loans means those Loans in respect of which the OEK makes payment of Subsidised Interest Amounts pursuant to the applicable laws and the bilateral agreements pursuant to which the OEK pays subsidies to the Issuer in respect of such Loans.

Related to Subsidised Interest Amounts

  • Interest Amount means, in relation to a Note and an Interest Period, the amount of interest payable in respect of that Note for that Interest Period;

  • Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.
