Subsidized Child Care Program definition

Subsidized Child Care Program means the administrative, programmatic and fiscal activities related to the use of public funds to pay for child care services for families.

Subsidized Child Care Program means child care programs, including child care centers and family child care networks, that are directly funded by ACS and provide free or low cost child care to families with children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

  • Equipment shall be used by Providers solely in connection with the North Carolina Subsidized Child Care Program (hereinafter “Program”).

  • All reimbursement, attendance, and holiday policies of the Early Learning Coalition of Palm County Subsidized Child Care Program shall be followed for the Teenage Parent Program.

  • By signing page five of this agreement the provider agrees to participate in OCDEL’s Subsidized Child Care Program managed by the CCIS.

  • If the provider does not pay the overpayment, or if the provider is no longer participating in the Subsidized Child Care Program, the provider will be referred to the OIG for collection follow-up.
