Substance abuse facility definition

Substance abuse facility means a facility licensed by the state Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals that includes residential treatment services and detoxification services.
Substance abuse facility means a facility licensed by the state Department of Mental Health, Retardation, and Hospitals that includes residential treatment services and detoxification services.
Substance abuse facility means a special care unit or freestanding facility that is licensed as such by duly constituted state authority and that provides detox services for the diagnosis and treatment of substance abuse on a 24 hour basis by or under the supervision of a licensed Physician and other appropriate licensed medical staff (e.g. RN, MSW, Psychologist).

Substance abuse facility means an institution, other than a Hospital or Convalescent Nursing Facility, established and lawfully operating for the care and treatment of Substance Abuse conditions and licensed by an appropriate state agency as a substance abuse facility. It shall include a Hospital or that portion of a Hospital appropriately licensed as a substance abuse facility.
Substance abuse facility means a facility licensed or certified by the state in which it operates as a Provider of detoxification and/or rehabilitation treatment for Substance Abuse patients.
