Substantial dating relationship definition

Substantial dating relationship means a current or former dating relationship which is based on the length of the relationship, the type of relationship and/or the frequency of interaction between the parties. Neither a casual acquaintanceship nor ordinary fraternization between 2 individuals in business or social contexts shall be deemed to constitute a substantive dating relationship.
