SUBSTANTIAL EQUITY INTEREST definition

SUBSTANTIAL EQUITY INTEREST means beneficial ownership (as defined in Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act) of more than 20% of the equity, measured by either voting stock or aggregate equity interest, of a corporation or other legal entity.
SUBSTANTIAL EQUITY INTEREST means any equity ownership representing beneficial ownership of five percent or more of the outstanding capital stock of TASA or any TASA Subsidiary.
SUBSTANTIAL EQUITY INTEREST means any equity interest representing beneficial ownership of five percent or more of any class or series of the outstanding capital stock of APA.
