Substantial Support definition

Substantial Support means use of District resources beyond the normal professional, technology, and technical support generally provided by the District and extended to an individual or individuals for development of a product, project or program.
Substantial Support means financial support in excess of $2500 over and above the cost of the faculty member's normal

  • Intellectual Property wherein the faculty member(s) received Substantial Support from the College (except as indicated in Section 3.B., above).
