  • Transfer of Control means, with respect to an eNote, a MERS eRegistry transfer transaction used to request a change to the current Controller of such eNote.

  • Personal Transaction payment involves sending money (initiated from the “Friends and Family” tab of the “Send Money” flow) to, and receiving money into your PayPal Account from, friends and family without making an underlying commercial transaction (that is, the payment is not for the purchase of goods or services or for making any other commercial transaction). If you are making a commercial transaction (for instance selling goods or services), you may not ask the buyer to send you a Personal Transaction payment for the purchase.   • Significant business transaction means any business transaction or series of transactions that, during any one fiscal year, exceeds the lesser of $25,000 or 5 percent of the total operating expense of a provider.

  • Business Combination Date means the date upon which a Business Combination is consummated.

  • Company Sale a sale, conveyance or other disposition of the Company, whether by merger, consolidation, sale of all or substantially all of the Company’s assets or sale of capital stock, including any issuance or transfer of Capital Stock of the Company to any Person.

  • Transfer of ownership Includes, but is not limited to, the conveyance of a Mortgaged Property, whether legal or equitable, voluntary or involuntary, by any of the following methods:

  • Certificate of Amalgamation means the certificate of amalgamation to be issued by the Director in respect of the Amalgamation;

  • Transfer Vehicle means any vehicle that operates in space and transfers Payloads or persons or both between two different space objects, between two different locations on the same space object, or between a space object and the surface of a celestial body. A Transfer Vehicle also includes a vehicle that departs from and returns to the same location on a space object.

  • Retail transaction means the purchase of prepaid wireless telecommunications service from a seller for any purpose other than resale.

  • Sale or Pledge means a voluntary or involuntary sale, conveyance, assignment, transfer, encumbrance, pledge, grant of option or other transfer or disposal of a legal or beneficial interest, whether direct or indirect.

  • direct sale means any sale or transfer of milk by a producer directly to consumers, as well as any sale or transfer of other milk products by a producer. The Commission may, while respecting the definition of ‘delivery’ given in point (f), adjust the definition of ‘direct sale’ in order to ensure, in particular, that no quantity of marketed milk or other milk products is excluded from the quota arrangements;

  • Permitted Transaction means any transaction involving (i) a Swap that is not a Required Transaction or (ii) a Required Transaction that is a component of a Covered Package Transaction.
