Substantially similar vehicle definition

Substantially similar vehicle means a vehicle of the same make, model, year and condition, including all major options of the insured vehicle. Mileage must not exceed that of the insured vehicle by more than 4,000 miles.   • Substantially similar means substantially similar in function or capability or otherwise competitive to the products or services being developed, manufactured or sold by the Company during and/or at the end of Executive’s employment, or are marketed to substantially the same type of user or customer as that to which the products and services of the Company are marketed or proposed to be marketed.

  • Biologically-based mental illness means schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, paranoia and other psychotic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and panic disorder, as these terms are defined in the most recent edition of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.

  • Sexually oriented business means an adult arcade, adult bookstore or adult video store, adult cabaret, adult motel, adult motion picture theater, adult theater, escort agency, nude model studio, or sexual encounter center.

  • Transport vehicle means a motor vehicle or rail car used for the transportation of cargo by any mode. Each cargo-carrying body (trailer, railroad freight car, etc.) is a separate transport vehicle.

  • Manufactured dwelling means a residential trailer, a mobile home or a manufactured

  • Medium-duty vehicle or “MDV” means any pre-1995 model year heavy-duty vehicle having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 8,500 pounds or less; any 1992 through 2006 model-year heavy-duty low-emission, ultra-low-emission, super-ultra-low-emission or zero-emission vehicle certified to the standards in Section E.1.1.1, or in title 13, CCR, section 1962, having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 14,000 pounds or less; any 1995 through 2002 model year heavy-duty vehicle certified to the Tier 1 standards in Section E.1.1.1 having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 14,000 pounds or less; and any 2000 and subsequent model heavy-duty low-emission, ultra-low-emission, super-ultra-low-emission or zero-emission vehicle certified to the standards in Section E.1.1.2, or in title 13, CCR, section 1962, having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating between 8,501 and 14,000 pounds.

  • Substantial rehabilitation means, with respect to the SAIL Program, to bring a Development back to its original state with added improvements, where the value of such repairs or improvements (excluding the costs of acquiring or moving a structure) exceeds 40 percent of the appraised as is value (excluding land) of such Development before repair and less than 50 percent of the proposed construction work consists of new construction. For purposes of this definition, the value of the repairs or improvements means the Development Cost. To be considered “Substantial Rehabilitation,” there must be at least the foundations remaining from the previous structures, suitable to support the proposed construction.
