Substantially Undeveloped Land definition

Substantially Undeveloped Land means land on which there is no more than one residential dwelling unit (exclusive of housing units directly associated with the fanning operation) for each 40 acres of land

Substantially Undeveloped Land means any real estate that does not have any building other than any building whose fair market value is less than $1 million and does not have any substantial improvement other than roads, utility, water and sewage connections, paved or cleared parking areas or other significant improvement necessary for the operation of the Existing Casinos.
