Substitute Goods definition

Substitute Goods means Goods of equivalent price and quality that we may in our absolute discretion supply to fulfil your Order in the event that any ordered Goods are unavailable. Any supply of Substitute Goods will always be subject to your right to cancel your Order and return the Substitute Goods to us at our expense, as set out at clause 6.3.
Substitute Goods means Goods offered by the Supplier as an equivalent alternative to the Goods ordered by the Customer;
Substitute Goods means products of a higher price and quality which are supplied to the Customer by the Supplier in accordance with clause 3.5.

  • All Supplementary and/or Substitute Goods and Services Change Proposals prepared by the Supplier shall be an offer capable of acceptance by the Authority and shall be signed by an authorised representative of the Supplier accordingly.
