Substitute Index Level definition

Substitute Index Level means the level of the Index, determined by the Calculation Agent pursuant to (c) below, in respect of an Affected Payment Date.
Substitute Index Level means, in respect of a Delayed Index Level Event, the index level determined by the Issuer in accordance with Condition 7(l).
Substitute Index Level means an Index level, determined by the Determination Agent pursuant to the provisions of Condition 13.1 (Delay of Publication), in respect of an Affected Payment Date; and

More Definitions of Substitute Index Level

Substitute Index Level means, in respect of an Index Level Publication Delay Event, the index level determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Condition 1 above.
Substitute Index Level means, in respect of the relevant Interest Payment Date, Maturity Date or Early Redemption Date as applicable, the Inflation Index level, determined by the Calculation Agent using the following methodology:
Substitute Index Level means an Index level, determined by the Calculation Agent pursuant to the provisions of Condition 8(a) (Inflation- Linked NotesDelay of Publication), in respect of an Affected Payment Date; and
