Substituted Portion definition

Substituted Portion has the meaning given to such term in Clause 3.4(d) of the Gold Bullion Terms. “Terminated Transaction” has the meaning given to such term in Clause 4.7(b) of the Gold Bullion Terms. “Termination Notice” has the meaning given to such term in Clause 4.7(b) of the Gold Bullion Terms.
Substituted Portion has the meaning given to such term in Clause 3.4(d) of the Gold Bullion Terms.
Substituted Portion means the amount of each outstanding Advance specified as such in Schedule 2 of this Certificate.

  • The Existing Bank shall no longer be entitled to the Substituted Rights or the Substituted Portion and the New Bank shall become entitled to the Substituted Rights and the Substituted Portion, with effect on and from the Substitution Date.
