Subsurface Land definition
Subsurface Land means the land area which has a depth of more than three (3) feet beneath the surface.
Soil means all unconsolidated mineral and organic material of any origin.
Groundwater means all water, which is below the surface of the ground in the saturation zone and in direct contact with the ground or subsoil.
Subsurface tracer study means the release of a substance tagged with radioactive material for the purpose of tracing the movement or position of the tagged substance in the well-bore or adjacent formation.
Crown lands has the same meaning as is given to that term by the Land Act;
the Land means the land on which the development would be carried out or, in relation to development already carried out, has been carried out;
