Subterranean Parking definition

Subterranean Parking means parking uses which are in a Subterranean Garage.

Examples of Subterranean Parking in a sentence

  • Parking by Tenant and Tenant Parties for up 2.75 spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet of the Premises shall be included in the Building’s Subterranean Parking Facility.

  • At no additional charge to Tenant and so long as Tenant (or a Transferee, if applicable) is occupying the Premises, Tenant and Tenant Parties shall have the right to use up to the number of parking spaces in the Building’s Subterranean Parking Facility specified in the Basic Lease Information on an unreserved, nonexclusive, first come, first served basis, for passenger-size automobiles.

  • All parking shall be provided and maintained in the Subterranean Parking Garages and surface parking of Parcel 1 as shown on the Project Plans and Exhibit “I”.

  • Parking for Tenant and Tenant Parties for up 2.4 spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet of the Premises shall be included in the Building’s Subterranean Parking Facility.

  • The 20 Subterranean Parking Spaces shall be marked as reserved for use by Tenant and shall be in the location shown on Exhibit C attached hereto.

  • All parking spaces in the Project shall be located in the Subterranean Parking Garage as shown on the Project Plans subject to the review and approval of the Strategic Transportation Planning Division.

  • Landlord shall have the right to change the designation of parking areas (but not those in the Building's Subterranean Parking Facility) in which Tenant and Tenant Parties may park the remaining 0.35 spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet of the Premises that are not provided in the Subterranean Parking Facility as additional improvements to the Project or other physical changes or configurations of the Project are made.

  • Landlord is contemplating that, prior to the construction of the Parking Structure, that the balance of the parking spaces allocated to Tenant under this Lease (over and above the sum of the Subterranean Parking Spaces plus, if applicable, any Lost Spaces), shall be in the location designated as Phase 1 Surface Parking Area on Exhibit J attached hereto.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the 20 Subterranean Parking Spaces allocated to Tenant pursuant to the second paragraph of Section 10 of the Lease, shall be made available to Tenant in the subterranean parking garage commencing on November 1, 2024, and shall count towards the total number of parking spaces to which Tenant is entitled pursuant to the first sentence of the first paragraph of Section 10 of the Lease.
